NASER NASIRI MUHAMMAD JAVAD WROTE AN OPEN LETTER TO ZARIFA

Naser Nasiri

Naser Nasiri, a former member of the Iranian parliament in the city of Germi in the Dasht-e Mugan region, wrote an open letter to Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarifi. In his letter, he called the attack on the Turkish president and the use of non-diplomatic language unacceptable.

Naser Nasiri said that the activity of politicians in each country can be measured only by its own people:

“Politics is not a field of war, tension and threats,” he said. On the contrary, it is a platform for wisdom and action to reduce tensions, as well as to create opportunities and even turn threats into opportunities. Lately, you have been trying to avoid pressure, as well as to gain the approval of some extremists in the country. As for Erdogan’s poetry reading, the extremist section of Iran, dissatisfied with the results of the Azerbaijani-Armenian war, took an extreme position. However, it was not appropriate for a worthy politician to follow their political line and tweet in a completely insulting way. ”

Referring to Zarif’s tweet, the former Azerbaijani MP asked the following questions:

“1. How did you know that Erdogan misread the poem “Araz”? And what do you understand about this poem? Who explained this poem as well as its meaning to you? Are you a Persian-speaking ambassador from Mazandaran in Baku who does not know the Azerbaijani language ?! ”
