5,000 art workers were unemployed in Qazvin

The director of Qazvin’s Department of Labor, Employment and Social Welfare said that last year, the master’s half-strike and crisis-ridden art lost 5,000 jobs in the workplace.

Riza Garusi said in a meeting with Qazvin’s representative Lutfullah Siyahkali on Wednesday that we know that the master has 55 art jobs that do not pay half a strike or more than two months’ salary.
Garusi said 5,000 workers lost their jobs last year and hundreds more this year due to the Coronavirus crisis, bringing the total to 8,200.

Applications for unemployment insurance have increased

The director of Qazvin’s Department of Labor, Employment and Social Welfare has so far registered more than 8,200 people in the department’s unemployment insurance system to see how difficult the job situation is. Garusi said that looking at these factors, it was possible to see the impact of the Corona crisis and the depth of the tragedy and make the right decision.

96 percent of Qazvin employees work without a contract

Riza Garusi told the Bazar website that 96 percent of the employees work here without a contract. If the authorities do not help immediately, there will be many problems in this area in the near future.
According to Garusi, 96 percent of the 159,000 insured workers in the region work without a contract and have the lowest job security.
It should be noted that the dismissal of employees working without a contract was very convenient for employers, and therefore a sudden increase in unemployment in this area is likely.
Garusi also said that 3,564 workers had complained to their employers.
Qazvin’s representative Siyahkali also said that the rights of business owners and investors are not taken into account here. According to him, the system’s lack of a proper approach to investors and those working in the field could lead to more problems.
