An Azerbaijani national and student activist was released from prison in Tabriz on May 15 after serving three months in prison.
It should be noted that Piri Aban and his brother Yashar Piri were detained by security forces during the protests. The national activists were sentenced to 10 months in prison in the Revolutionary Tabriz of Tabriz after 80 days of questioning and torture by Sipah’s Ashura Information.
It should be noted that the activist’s detention was reduced to 3 months.
