On October 28, 2020, at around 1 pm, 14 people were killed and more than 40 were injured when enemy armed forces used cluster bombs, which are prohibited by international law, to hit the densely populated area of Barda and commercial establishments, civil infrastructure facilities and vehicles in the city were severely damaged.
The statement came from the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office that the prosecutor’s office is currently working to clarify the list of victims by carrying out all possible investigative measures.
