Starting today, serious coronavirus restrictions will be implemented in 6 cities of East Azerbaijan.

According to the Ministry of Health, the cities of Azershahr, Julfa, Charaoymag, Ajabshir, Maragha and Marand in East Azerbaijan are among the most critical cities in the country for coronavirus.

From today, only the first working group among the four professional groups in this governorship, ie ambulances, and consumer goods stores, has the right to operate.
The remaining 2nd, 3rd, and 4th working groups will be suspended for a week and will be extended next week if necessary.

The Ministry of Health has increased:

“If the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th working groups continue their activities from Monday and do not stop their activities in accordance with the health regulations, state inspectors and law enforcement agencies will close the shops, imposing fines on businesses that violate the law.”

The suspension of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th working groups is being implemented in 43 cities of Iran, 6 of which are located in the East Azerbaijan province.

It should be noted that the East Azerbaijan Governor’s Office has been in a red situation for months due to coronavirus.
