The governor of East Azerbaijan, Mohammadreza Purmahammadi, said that the responsibility for the development of relations with neighboring countries was assigned to the East Azerbaijan region. According to him, East Azerbaijan is ready to participate in the reconstruction of Nagorno-Karabakh and the development of economic relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. It is planned to hold online meetings with Azerbaijani and Armenian officials, as well as businessmen.
The governor noted that the opportunities of the province will be presented during the meetings and the needs of the opposite parties will be studied.
