Statement of the Democratic Alliance of Nations in Iran On the Current Critical Situation and the War Between the Islamic Republic and Israel

The Oppressed and Colonized Nations Under Tehran’s Rule in the Geography Known as Iran

The recent developments and direct attacks on the military and nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran have once again exposed the reality that the ruling regime—despite decades of ideological propaganda and claims—is profoundly vulnerable, decaying, and on the verge of collapse. Contrary to its revolutionary slogans, the Islamic Republic has never succeeded in establishing a stable, transparent, and accountable system. In both internal and external crises, it has consistently resorted to repression, deceit, and militarism.

As the alliance of oppressed and colonized nations under Tehran’s rule, while we firmly condemn all attacks on residential areas and the killing of civilians, we emphasize that the Islamic Republic itself—with its decades-long policy of provocation, support for proxy groups, interference in other countries, and reckless rhetoric such as the call to “wipe out Israel”—has laid the groundwork for this military confrontation. The consequence of these policies has not only been instability across the region, but also hunger, censorship, discrimination, and repression for the nations within the borders of Iran.

Now that the regime has proven incapable of withstanding major military blows, and its security apparatuses are in disarray, the nations colonized by Tehran must be more prepared than ever for any scenario, including the sudden collapse of central power, the disintegration of ruling structures, or the reimposition of centralist domination under a new guise.

History has shown that in times of power vacuum, if nations are not self-organized, opportunists and adventurist forces will step in to reimpose domination or ignite new crises.

In this context, the Democratic Alliance of Nations in Iran asserts the following:
1. The time has come for the oppressed and colonized nations under Tehran’s rule to establish local and popular councils to take control of their own territories, vital resources, infrastructure, and security;
2. No opportunity should be given to the centralist forces to revive the former oppressive structure under a new, deceptive form;
3. All national, civil, professional, student, and military organizations must coordinate to ensure full preparedness for managing emergency situations, including possible conflicts, power vacuums, and attempts by opportunistic forces to loot resources or threaten the nations;
4. Personnel in official institutions—especially those from local communities—must no longer see themselves as servants of a collapsing regime, but rather as the true guardians of their people, culture, and societal security.

We place no faith in foreign powers, nor do we seek to replace one form of domination with another. The only path to liberation and a viable future lies in the unity, organization, and steadfastness of the oppressed nations, based on free will and the right to self-determination.

Long live freedom,
Long live the unity of rising nations,
Long live the right to self-determination.
