The meeting of the presidents of Russia and Turkey will be held in a one-on-one format.
This was said by the Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
“However, a limited number of officials will attend the meeting if necessary,” a Kremlin spokesman said.
“The tense in Idlib has escalated and our direct intervention is necessary,” Putin said at the meeting.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said the talks would help resolve the situation in Idlib in his speech.
