After the Shusha defeat, the Armenian Prime Minister is forced to accept the demands of the President of Azerbaijan and is preparing to declare a capitulation.

The liberation of Shusha by the Azerbaijani Army decided the outcome of the war that began on September 27. Immediately after that, the liberation of 72 settlements and 8 strategic heights in one day caused the Armenian side to raise a white flag.

According to the report, a video conference will be held in the coming hours with the participation of the Presidents of Azerbaijan, Russia and the Prime Minister of Armenia, and the terms of the capitulation will be agreed and an agreement will be signed.

The document envisages the cessation of hostilities on the frontline and the declaration of a ceasefire, the unconditional withdrawal of the Armenian occupying forces from Kalbajar, Lachin and Agdam as soon as possible in accordance with the requirements of the President of Azerbaijan.

The Azerbaijani Army remains in the positions it liberated to this day.

The agreement envisages the deployment of Turkish and Russian peacekeepers in the region in parallel with the withdrawal of the Armenian army.

The status of Karabakh will not be discussed!

Thus, given the upcoming of winter, Azerbaijan will achieve the liberation of a large and strategic region such as Kalbajar, Agdam and Lachin, where serious defensive fortifications were built, without any losses.
