Fulivio Marcello, an Italian member of the European Parliament, demanded the immediate release of Habib Asyuvad and his return to Sweden.
He said this in an interview with Al-Arabiya on December 22.
“If Iran does not cooperate, the European Union must impose economic sanctions. “The extradition of Habib Asyuvad to Iran is unacceptable,” Marcello said.
