Turkish National Movement Party

The leader of the Turkish National Movement Party called Iranian Foreign Minister Zarif’s  remarks about the Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s poem “unnecessary reaction.”

The leader of the Turkish National Movement Party, Dovlet Bahceli, posted a series of appeals on his official Twitter account: Iran is concerned about the reading of a poem by the esteemed president of our country. The country’s foreign minister reacted unnecessarily.

Bahceli further noted that 225 members of the Iranian parliament also prepared and signed a letter of condemnation.

Noting that today there are graves of 78 Turkish martyrs in 34 different countries of the world, Bahceli added: Karabakh is the homeland. This is Turkey’s position from Kirkuk to Cyprus. The liberation of 70 percent of Karabakh from Armenian occupation is a victory for the Turks.

According to him, this victory is a torch of unity, solidarity and brotherhood. Karabakh is Turkish, Karabakh is Azerbaijan. Armenia’s claims are aggression, shame, hostility and betrayal of historical facts.
