“FIGHT” OF TEHRAN AUTHORITIES AGAINST CORONAVIRUS

COVID-19

The threat of coronavirus continues in Iran. The situation is exacerbated by the fact that local authorities have not publicized certain facts about the spread of the infection. The community is not informed about the first case of the disease in the city of Gum, as well as the increase in the spread of infection.

The country does not pay attention to the application of the strict bailout regime. At the same time, the number of people infected with the virus and dying from the disease is sharply increasing. At a time when thousands of people have lost their lives, the government is finally declaring the seriousness of the situation to the population. The population rightly ignores the reports prepared by the government. There are also rumors that the figures in the announced figures are many times lower than the real figures.

All these tensions made it impossible to get the necessary drugs in Iran. According to the Minister of Health Said Nameki, the number of deaths among people has reached a high level due to the lack of necessary measures. Iranian officials have sought to circumvent the situation, citing US sanctions, which has made the threat inevitable. Experts do not know how the vaccines will respond to the new type of infection.

Pfizer and BioNTech are currently testing the effects of their vaccines against a new strain of the coronavirus found in Britain for the first time. In Iran, no official announcement has been made as to when vaccination will begin.
