Jalal Rahmani, Vice Chancellor for Health of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences, referring to the situation of the cities in the province in terms of coronavirus, said:
“The general situation of the province is still red. Alborz city is in orange and blue and Avaj is also in yellow”.
Expressing the latest statistics of Coronavirus in the province, he added:
“In the last 24 hours, we had 55 new patients, taking into account this statistic, the total number of patients in the province reached 318.”
Referring to the condition of critically ill patients, Rahmani added:
“65 patients are hospitalized in intensive care units and 27 are connected to respiratory aids. During this period, 4 of our compatriots lost their lives due to coronavirus.”
The Vice Chancellor for Health of the University of Medical Sciences stated the percentage of cases between women and men:
“The incidence rate is 52% for men and 48% for women, and in recent weeks we have seen an increase in the incidence of women compared to men”.
