Armenia fires artillery at civilians in Tartar – Official

Armenian armed forces have been shelling the city of Tartar since 8:00 am on September 30.

This statement came from the Azerbaijani MoD.

According to preliminary information, civilian infrastructure was damaged and some people were injured.
