South Azerbaijani national activist Gulam Gulizadeh has been released.

It should be noted that the activist was previously sentenced to one year in prison. He protested while serving a one-year prison sentence in Urmu prison.

Thus, this sentence was reduced from 3 months to 28 days after Gulizade’s protest. However, he was released on the 30th of Shahrivar due to the expiration of that term.

It should be noted that the activist appealed to the Central Prison of Urmu in 1399 in Ordibehsht to serve his sentence. Gulizade was arrested on his way to the 1397 Babek Fortress ceremony.
