Three civilians were killed and 10 children and women were seriously injured in a massive rocket attack by Armenia’s Barda region. Armenia’s war crimes continue.
The statement came from Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan – Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, on Twitter.
“Today, the Armenian Defense Ministry announced that it would strike a severe blow. By that, they mean civilians, children and women,” he said.

The death toll from a rocket fired by the Armenian Army at the village of Garayusifli in the Barda region has reached four. One of the dead is an 8-year-old child.
