Rising prices every day and the Desperate Nation

Economy

There is not a day in Iran that the basic needs of the nation do not rise. Expensiveness has come under pressure from a nation where the vast majority of the population is helpless to meet their basic needs. In other words, many people are unable to find even a loaf of bread a day. In particular, the Iranian economy has been facing rising costs for many years, but this visit has been exacerbated by the Coronavirus crisis. When all these tragedies happen, the government is just a spectator, even when the nation is trying to survive.

The system of subsidies that began under Ahmadinejad continues. However, Iranian money has depreciated so much that it is useless in practice. The Iranian parliament has suggested that the cost of the Coronavirus period, in particular, will increase in the form of monthly subsidies in the name of basic needs. According to this proposal, between 60-120 thousand tumens will be financial aid to meet the basic needs of those in need in the country. Although the Spiritual State was against it from the beginning, it was approved by the Assembly and received a vote.

For example, despite the ceasefire in Karabakh, Iran has sent hundreds of troops to the border and spent millions of tomans in this area. At the same time, Iran continues to spend all its energy on terrorism, from Syria to Iraq and Lebanon.

In short, the Iranian government does not have the money to buy oxygen from Korona to save the lives of hundreds of people who died, but it does have the money to implement Ali Khamenei’s policies. This is a preference and choice of the Iranian government, and the soul of the nation, which has never existed, is still the first priority for the government.
