Azerbaijani cultural activist Said Behnamun was temporarily released from the central prison in Urmu on November 10 in exchange for a bail of 500 million tomans.

Said Behnamun was reportedly charged with “propaganda against the state” and “misleading the public.”

The Azerbaijani activist was arrested by the Azerbaijani army a day before the liberation of Shusha.
