The president of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences said: “Tomorrow our patients must be on a chair or on the floor because the private sector refuses to accept patients with coronavirus. I request that the establishment of a field hospital be on the agenda from today.”
Peyman Namdar in the meeting of the provincial coronavirus headquarters, which was held today, Sunday, in the crisis management meeting hall of Qazvin governorate, clarified regarding the prevalence of coronavirus:
“If our performance in the province was appropriate, 70 patients in Qazvin would not see such conditions yesterday. 12 patients were hospitalized and died. Currently, 330 people with corona disease are hospitalized in Qazvin hospitals, of which 61 are in the ICU”.
He emphasized:
“Currently, the situation of Coronavirus in Qazvin is more acute than in March and April, and the situation of hospitals is very worrying. Qazvin province is one of the four provinces in the country in terms of hospital infrastructure and has severe problems.”
In recent years, only one government hospital has been established in Qazvin.

“We have a difficult situation, tomorrow our patients will have to be on a chair or on the floor because the private sector is refusing to admit people with coronavirus. I ask that the opening of a field hospital be on the agenda from today because we can not count on the help of private hospitals because to date they have not admitted a patient with corona disease”.
