Ardabil Governor’s Political, Security and Social Deputy stressed the need for clear information on how to hand over agriculture and industry.
Behrouz Nedayi, Public Relations Officer of Ardabil Governorate, added on Thursday: “The transfer of this complex has been done according to Article 44 of the Constitution and by the Privatization Organization, and the province has no role in the transfer, which should be made clear to the people.”
The political, security and social deputy governor of Ardabil said: the transfer of Moghan agriculture and industry, unlike other transfers in the country, has not created any problems for the region so far.
He stated: In addition to investing and timely payment of personnel salaries, the management of this complex has even created new jobs.
He continued: The Privatization Organization has 10 years to cancel the transfer if the commitment is not implemented and the violation is observed.
The deputy governor of Ardabil stated: the supervisory bodies, including the inspection and the Court of Accounts, have also entered into the issue of transfer and if there is a violation, they will review and announce the result.
Moghan agro-industrial complex was handed over to the private sector last year.
