For the first time in Zangan, the surgery to completely replace the shoulder joint in the opposite direction was successful.
Orthopedist Abulfazl Nuri told about the operation: “The two-hour operation at the Bahman Hospital is a novelty in the world and in Iran. There are few specialists in the country who perform shoulder joint reversal surgery academically and scientifically. This type of surgery will be performed in Zangan region as well ”
It should be noted that the patient underwent surgery was 70 years old. Six months ago, he went to the doctor with severe shoulder pain. His general condition improved after the operation. Physiotherapy will begin next week.
