The statement came from Maki Governor Hussein Abbasi, speaking at Mordad’s 14-day drug control campaign.
The smugglers, who wanted to take them out of the country from the Bazar border, placed 54 kg of narcotics among their clothes. According to him, six members of two drug trafficking groups were arrested by police.
Abbasi also said that about 100 kilograms of various drugs were found at the Bazargan border in the past four months.
