In an interview with ISNA, Farid Ahdian stated that the supply of artistic productions is a more important concern for an artist, saying: “As artists produce works, officials should also be able to provide a supply market for artistic productions.”

He added: “There are artists in the province who have produced works at the level of international festivals, but they do not have a place and opportunity in the province to present them.”

The official said the outbreak of the coronavirus had created problems for artists: “Despite the restrictions, artists have been producing works at home even during the outbreak of the coronavirus.”

Ahdian continued: “It is a part of physical art and it is not possible to perform it virtually. Arts such as filmmaking, which also has a high cost, need minimal support to start working, so that in addition to observing health protocols, works of art are also active.”

The director of Zanjan Artists’ House, pointing out that Zanjan province has very skilled artists but can not be seen, said: Part of the problem that is the production of works is in the hands of the artist, but the other part that is the presentation of the work must be provided with the help of officials.

Referring to the closure of the province’s cultural centers and the fact that artists want to reopen it, the official said: “With the outbreak of the corona virus and the closure of cultural centers, artists have also chosen a place where they can gather and interact and think together.” Lost; While in the normal case, not much accumulation was formed in it and it is possible to take measures in it by observing the health protocols.

“Artists have a lot of patience and will always endure and will endure problems,” he said. “Problems can not affect the creation of an artist.”
