The Zanjirlu and Duguchuler palaces of the Ardabil historical market will be repaired.
Nadir Fallahi, director of the Ardabil University of Arts, Cultural Treasures and Tourism, said that research has begun on the historical market and repairs will begin at the Zanjirlu and Duguchuler palaces in the near future.
The university official said that the repairs were reported to the Science Council when he met with activists from the Ardabil market. Nadir Fallahi also stressed that meetings have begun to obtain the necessary budget for the repair of the historic market. According to the information, this work will be carried out under the supervision of Ardabil Art, Cultural Treasures and Tourism Organization.
It should be noted that Ardabil was one of the most important cities, especially during the Safavid period. The area is home to many historical monuments.
