“While in the past months, the empathy of the people of Ardabil province had caused the white and yellow situation in this province, but unfortunately today, with the holding of ceremonies and gatherings and non-observance of some health protocols, we see an increase in hospitalizations and deaths due to coronavirus in the province.And we are announcing the red status”.
This statement was made by the Deputy Director for Medical Affairs of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences.
According to him, due to the increase in the number of patients, this process is expected to continue.
Rzayi Banna added: “As in the first wave of the coronavirus, people must follow all hygiene recommendations and must wear a mask in public.”
At the same time, according to the information, 60 percent of the patients were detained as a result of gathering relatives, attending ceremonies such as weddings and funerals.
