In an interview with IRNA on Wednesday, referring to the shortage and high price of sand in Ardabil province, Seyed Nasser Mirmarseli said:
“With the aim of stabilizing the price of these construction materials and preventing their price increase in the market of sand producers in the region, the right to supply and sell sand” And they do not have sand for dumping and loading trucks to Gilan province. The ban on the removal of sand from Khalkhal to Gilan province, based on the minutes of the Ardabil market regulation working group and the emphasis of the general prosecutor and the revolution in the center of the province, will be implemented and the project will be continuously monitored by Khalkhal silence inspectors”.
He added: “This ban has been sent in writing to all units and workshops of Khalkhal sand production, as well as to the owners and drivers of dump trucks active in the transportation of this type of construction materials, and to those who refuse to implement this instruction in any way.”
The sale and transportation of sand to the neighboring province of Gilan will be prosecuted for negligence.
