Shiver Fortress is located in the mountains north of Ahar. This fortress is the habitat of the Aldosh bird. Its turquoise blue egg attracts the attention of many climbers and tourists.
A tourist named Hussein Mamian wrote about these birds on Shiver Mountain, located on the Yaralija plateau in the village of Laman, Ahar district.
Davud Ganipur, deputy head of the East Azerbaijan Environmental Protection Department, said that Aldosh is one of the native birds of East Azerbaijan and can be seen in the upper half of the region.
The pheasant is a European-Asian species and is widespread in the Caucasus. It was also seen in Alburz, Qazvin, Zangan, East Azerbaijan and West Azerbaijan regions.
