Abbas Lisani’s son was deprived of his market activity

In Ardabil

In Ardabil, Abbas Lisani’s son was deprived of his market activity at the request of the Information Department for distributing sweets on the occasion of the release of Shusha.

The Ardabil Entrepreneurship Control Department summoned Mehdi Lisani, the son of imprisoned Azerbaijani activist Abbas Lisani, and banned him from operating in the city market for distributing sweets on the occasion of the liberation of Shusha.

The Ardabil Amakon Office yesterday summoned Mehdi Lisani, the son of well-known Azerbaijani political prisoner Abbas Lisani, and banned him from trading in the city market on charges of “misleading the public” for distributing sweets on the occasion of the liberation of Shusha from Armenian occupation.

According to Abbas Lisani’s Telegram channel, the accusation was made by the decision of the Ardabil Security Department.

Mehdi Lisani worked as a salesman in one of the gold shops in Ardabil market.

Earlier, the Ardabil Information Office closed the gold repair shop of another son, Ali Lisani, to prevent him from operating in the market in order to increase economic pressure on the family of Azerbaijani political prisoner Abbas Lisani.

Two months ago, a car belonging to the Lisani family was set on fire in front of his house by unknown individuals.

For years, the security forces have been pursuing a policy of economic repression against Abbas Lisani and his sons through concrete and consistent measures.

It should be noted that carnivals of joy and distribution of sweets were held in various cities of South Azerbaijan on the occasion of the liberation of Shusha yesterday.

Dozens of Azerbaijani activists were reportedly summoned to the Information Office in the cities and, in some cases, detained for several hours for expressing their joy.
