The head of the Tabriz Medical University said: “The incidence of coronavirus infection in East Azerbaijan is increasing due to non-compliance with the rules and protocols.”
Mohammad Hussein Sumi added during a speech at the Medical Services and Coronavirus Control Headquarters in the Hashtrud region on Tuesday:
He said: “The highest number of family infections in the master was recorded in the Hashtrud region, which is the fifth region due to the increase in the number of people infected with the virus in relation to the population of the master.”
“Attending weddings and funerals is one of the factors contributing to the rise of the coronavirus in the Hashtrud region, and the number of new outbreaks in the city has increased in the month of Ordibehesht,” he said.
According to the head of Danishgah, 7,391 people have been diagnosed with the virus since the spread of coronary heart disease in East Azerbaijan.
