A strong wind in the village of Sarilar in Ahar on Saturday caused a lot of damage.
The head of Ahar’s Crescent Department said a strong wind on Saturday damaged a madrassa, an animal shelter and a sheep pen in the village of Sarilar. Asgar Rasuli said that no injuries were reported in the incident, but the images spread on social media showed that an old woman was injured.
The madrasa of Sarılar village, which has 12 houses, was widely shared on social networks. Many people criticized the poor conditions in Azerbaijan and the lack of interest of officials in the region.
