The Information and Public Relations Department of the General Directorate of Education of East Azerbaijan issued a statement announcing:
“In all government and non-government schools of the province from 1 of Mehr to 14 of Mehr, education will be in absentia”.
Following the resolution of the meeting dated 31 Shahrivar 1399, the East Azerbaijan Coronavirus Headquarters hereby informs all principals, heads of education, and principals of schools in East Azerbaijan Province that the resolution of the headquarters is applicable to all schools in the province and In all public and non-governmental schools, education will be in absentia from tomorrow, the first Tuesday until 14 of the month.
The announcement goes on to say: “In addition, since the affairs related to distance education are subject to the coordination and presence of principals and executives in the school, principals and respected executives will be present in schools during the week.”
Coordination of affairs and timely actions and observance of health rules and regulations in all areas are expected.
