A plan is being prepared to organize temporary and permanent markets for construction workers in Ardabil. The statement came from Gasim Rahimi, head of the Ardabil Province Department of Education, Work and Social Welfare. According to him, a new history is planned to be prepared on this issue. Thus, with the establishment of the Association of Construction Workers, work has begun to address the problems of workers.
It should be noted that two months ago, a meeting was held with the participation of the mayor and the head of the city council. The meeting discussed the establishment of Isar Square, Tohid Square and Unity Square for the regular activities of workers.
Gasim Rahimi said that the Construction Workers’ Association was instructed to plan the staff for the creation and management of these areas. It was announced that there are 31,000 construction workers in the province.
