A notification was sent to activist Jafar Akbari, a resident of the western Azerbaijani city of Khoy.
According to the report, the activist’s previous accusation of “propaganda against the system” was acquitted by the 2nd Department of the Khoy Revolutionary Court.
According to the statement sent on the 29th of Mordad, the verdict of acquittal, given by the Court under Article 265 of the law, will be finalized with the consent of the Khodorkovsky district court.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani activist Akbari was arrested on May 30, 1399, after being summoned to the Fatah police and released on bail after his case was sent to court.
