Yasemen Zafari was summoned to court

Another Azerbaijani nationalist activist, Yasemen Zafari, was summoned to Section 112 of the Second Court in Tabriz after receiving notification via an electronic summons from the Judicial System.

Earlier, Yasemen Zafari’s trial was scheduled for 19 of Azer, but according to a new statement, the pre-coronavirus hearing was canceled and postponed to Saturday, Dey 20, 1399. The activist was charged with “disturbing public order.”

The trial of Yasemen Zafari and 12 other Azerbaijani activists was held in the 16th Department under the chairmanship of Ali Mousavi, a veteran of the Tabriz Revolutionary Court, and the bail for these activists was increased from 100 million to 200 million tomans.

Also in this situation, Ms. Ahmadi was banned from leaving the country by Division 16 of the investigation. Yasemen Zafari also expressed support for the memory of those killed in the Armenian regular attack on Azerbaijani settlements in the Tovuz region in front of the Azerbaijani Consulate in Tabriz on Friday, April 27, and for Azerbaijan.
