Azerbaijani activist Mohammad Ibrahim Nojudeh was summoned to court

Mohammad Ibrahim Nojudehdeh, an Azerbaijani civil activist, was summoned by the Third Branch of the General Court of the Hasru Shah District in East Azerbaijan to investigate the charges against him.

In a notification sent to Mr. Judet Noujehdeh through the Sana system on Saturday, September 6, he was asked to defend the accusation of “gathering, rioting and propaganda against the regime” in the Third Branch of the General Court of the District within 5 days of sending this notification. Hasroshah should be present.

Mohammad Ibrahim (Hamed) Judet-Noojdeh was arrested by security agents on Friday, September 5, while welcoming the convoy of the tractor team at Tabriz Airport, and was released on bail of 360 million Tomans a day later.

It should be noted that Mr. Judet Nojoudeh was present in court today and after being informed of the charge, he was temporarily released until the announcement of the court’s verdict, but he was asked to re-introduce himself to the Tabriz police on Wednesday, September 10th.
