This book consists of 6 chapters. Researches on US energy diplomacy and foreign policy in the Caspian Sea and Central Asia during the presidencies of George W. Bush and Barack Obama.
Chapter I is an introduction to the subject, Chapter II is a review of the subject, Chapter II is a study of literature on foreign policy and energy diplomacy, Chapter IV is a major game in Central Asia, Chapter V is an American energy diplomat under George W. Bush, Chapter VI is an American energy diplomat during Obama’s presidency. The chapter consists of the results obtained from the book.
Dr. Shukri has been professionally researching energy policy and security for more than 15 years. He analyzed world energy security, as well as relations between Iran and Turkey, as well as relations between Iran and Russia. In 2013, his book “The Pattern of Energy in Iran-Turkey Relations” was published in Germany.
It should be noted that the American book Energy Diplomacy in the Caspian Basin is one of the first books on energy diplomacy published in Turkey in Turkish.
