Eighty percent of bakers in Zangan do not follow health protocols

The head of Zangan Ulum Pezeski University said that 176 bakers were under control and 80 percent of them did not follow the required health protocols.

Parviz Gizilbash told Mehr News Agency that Ulum Pezeshki pays great attention to the bakers’ observance of health protocols and will increase the control over them on this basis.

Gizilbash reported that there were 710 bakers in Zangan, and 80 percent of the 176 bakers said that the protocols were not followed.

The head of Zangan Ulum Pezeski University said that he supervises the bakers with continuous crews of 3 people, as well as 10 different crews supervising the implementation of health protocols in grocery and butcher shops.
According to experts, the coronavirus is most often transmitted from grocers and supermarkets, as well as bakers.
