The 3rd Department of the Tabriz Revolutionary Court sent an e-mail to activist Ali Aziz through the Sanaa system, asking him to appear in court on the 24th of Shahrivar. The activist’s new case was filed by the 107th Department of the Tabriz Court on charges of “false information in public.”
Earlier, on the 19th of Tire, the General and Revolutionary Court of Tabriz accused him of “propaganda against the system” and “relations with the GAMAC group.”
It should be noted that both cases of Azizi are being considered in the 107th department of the Tabriz court. It should be noted that another 150 million was added to the 500 million toman card for the activist’s temporary release.
During a final defense hearing at the Bazporsi branch, Azizi said the charges were baseless and that there were no documents against him.
It should be noted that Ali Azizi was arrested on the 4th of Isfand. When the activist was arrested, officials forcibly returned to their homes without showing an arrest warrant.
The national activist was released from Tabriz prison on February 6, 1999 in exchange for a license.
